Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Chhatapur P.S. Case No. 355 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the fact that the petitioner is named in the self-inculpatory statement of co-accused, I am not inclined to grant him anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
