2. Prayer for regular bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 22.2.2022.

3. Petitioner is in custody since 16.4.2020 and trial court's status report dated 19.8.2023 reflects that charge has already been framed on 12.3.2021 and till date only one witness has been examined and for ensuring appearance of other witnesses, section 82 Cr.P.C. process has also been issued.

4. In that view of the matter, prayer for bail of the petitioner is again rejected.
