2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364, 365/34 of the Indian Penal Code .
3 . As per prosecution case , informant namely Sumit Kumar alleged that on 07.07.2023 at about 10:30 PM, all the F.I.R. named accused persons, including these petitioners, variously armed, attacked informant and his brother and upon arrival of police party, all the accused persons left them and fled away .
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50163 of 2025(2) dt.20-08-2025 2/2 petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. As a matter of fact, Lucy Kumari, daughter of Navin Kumar solemnized marriage with Jitendra Kumar, who is brother of informant and on account of which altercation took place between the parties. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus. There is no allegation of specific overt act against these petitioners. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.
5 . Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application .

Considering the bakcdrop of the case , this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Parbatta P. S. Case No. 310 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
