The petitioner prays for quashing of a letter no. 1120 dated 27.11.2014 issued by the President of the Bihar State Religious Trust Board whereby he has been removed from the post of President of the Shri Ram Janki Temple Religious Trust

Patna High Court CWJC No.1207 of 2015 (3) dt.06-05-2015 situated at Ramchandrapur Dashahra, Block-Mohanpur in the district of Samastipur.

Perusal of the order impugned at Annexure-1 manifests that the President of the Religious Trust Board has based his conclusion on the own decision of the petitioner where he has expressed willingness to resign from the post. A copy of the show cause reply filed by the petitioner is present at Annexure-5 and in which he has expressed his willingness to relinquish the post. In such circumstances, no infirmity can be found in the decision of the President, Bihar Religious Trust Board warranting any interference and the writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
