JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. The name of the petitioners came in confessional statement of co-accused Amit Kumar and after that fire arms are said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioners. Moreover, co-accused Amit Kumar has already been granted privilege of bail by this Court.

Accordingly, petitioners above named are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29911 of 2016 (2) dt.28-07-2016 2/2 satisfaction of C.J.M., Araria in connection with Araria P.S. Case No.23 of 2016.
