Petitioner seeks bail in Mojahidpur P.S. Case No.74 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 467, 468, 471, 420, 120-B Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted that petitioner is revenue Karamchari. He is not responsible for creating Jamabandi. Jamabandi is created by Circle Officer.

Petitioner is said to be in custody since 12.07.2018. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55527 of 2018 (2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, in connection with Mojahidpur P.S. Case No.74 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
