This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Kotwali P.S. Case No. 480 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 188, 341, 269, 270, 353, 427, 332, 333 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3 of the Epidemic Disease Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has produced before me an order dated 23.11.2021 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 7383 of 2021, by which similarly situated co-accused Md. Naushad has been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court.

No.7718 of 2021(3) dt.06-12-2021 2/2 For the reasons recorded in the order dated 23.11.2021 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 7383 of 2021, this anticipatory bail application is also allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 480 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
