Petitioner no.2 apprehends his arrest in Jandaha P.S. Case No.55 of 2021 registered under Sections 354D of the Indian Penal Code and 66(a) of the I.T. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case.

It is further submitted that from perusal of the F.I.R. it would appear that the allegation so made is against co-accused Vinit Kumar and the petitioner is not at all concerned therewith.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M. Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No.55 of 2021 corresponding to G.R.
