2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 143 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 324, 120(B), 406, 409, 420, 504, 307, 379, 384 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is said to have taken Rs. 2 lakhs and thereafter, he has refused to transfer the land. He is in jail since 06.05.2024.

4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the informant has captured the land of the petitioner and is trying to force the petitioner to transfer the land.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55663 of 2024(2) dt.14-08-2024 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka/Successor Court, Banka in connection with Amarpur P.S.
