The petitioner seeks bail in Supaul P.S. Case No. 87/2018, G.R. No. 318/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 25(1-b)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. One loaded country made pistol is alleged to have been recovered from possession of this petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 22.02.2018. Considering the period of custody of the petitioner, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial
