The name of petitioner came in this case in the confessional statement of co-accused Nikesh Yadav @ Nata and it appears that except the aforesaid confessional statement as well as criminal antecedent, there is nothing against him. Petitioner is in jail custody since 05.11.2015 and the investigation against the petitioner has already been completed.

Accordingly, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Barahara (Krishnagarh) P.S.Case No.128 of 2015.
