The petitioners have filed this writ petition for payment of compensation of the lands in terms of the provisions of

Patna High Court CWJC No.4331 of 2017 (3) dt.29-06-2018 the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Re-settlement Act, 2013 and for further direction to return the land of the petitioner as the purpose for which the lands were sought to be required has not been fulfilled.

After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to file a petition before the Principal Secretary, Revenue and Land Reforms Department, Government of Bihar, Patna. Prayer is allowed.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed with the aforesaid liberty. If the petitioners file any representation before the Principal Secretary, Revenue and Land Reforms Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, the Principal Secretary shall dispose of the representation of the petitioner within four months from the date of receipt of this order.
