ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 04-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks recall of Complaint Case No. C32 of 2015 on the ground that the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupri at Sitamarhi, has no territorial jurisdiction to try the case in view of the latest Supreme Court decision. Since the Petitioner has a remedy in accordance with the procedure, I see no justification for entertaining this petition. The application stands rejected.
