The petitioners, who are in custody, seek bail in connection with N.T.P.C. Khaira P.S. Case No. 42 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a), 38 of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation against petitioners is of recovery of 60 litres country made liquor from their possession. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they are in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56664 of 2018(2) dt.19-09-2018 2/2 custody since 18.08.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII-cum-Special Judge (Excise), Aurangabad, in connection with N.T.P.C. Khaira P.S. Case No. 42 of 2018.
