JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 30-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. No doubt, petitioner is named in the first information report but the informant himself claims that at the time of alleged occurrence, petitioner was standing outside the hut in which deceased was killed. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and the investigation against him appears to have already been completed. Moreover, old enmity is admitted in the first information report itself.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Alauli P.S.Case
