2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Bhagwanpur Hat P.S. Case No. 70 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 34 of the IPC.

3. The informant Lal Mohamad is father of the deceased Sahorddin. He alleges that on 5-3-2024 at 8 AM, his son(the deceased) went to his Sasuraal, where some hot discussions took place between the deceased and his wife (coaccused Raisha Khatoon). It has further been alleged that Raisha Khatoon along with her sister and some unknown persons committed murder of the informant's son on the same day i.e. on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54575 of 2024(3) dt.29-11-2024 2/2 05.03.2024 and threw his dead body 5 km away near a boring pipe.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated. She is the mother-in-law of the deceased. She is the lady who informed the father of the deceased about the presence of his dead body. Nothing specific has been alleged against the petitioner in the FIR, neither she has any kind of motive for commission of murder of his own son-in-law.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as the fact that the petitioner is a lady of clean antecedent and she is under custody since 07.03.2024, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Bhagwanpur Hat P.S. Case No. 70 of 2024, subject to the following condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
