JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 03-07-2018 The petitioner has got some grievance of the ongoing investigation and the steps taken by the police authority in connection with the first information report run by the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the F.I.R. lodged by him on 31.12.2016 till date police has not taken any action either to recover the goods of the petitioner and/or to arrest the accused.

This Court is not willing to pass any order sitting in its constitutional jurisdiction when the remedy under the Code of Criminal Procedure is available before a regular Court.
