2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Bhangaha P.S. Case No. 25 of 2023 registered under section 20, 22, 23, 24, 27 of the N.D.P.S. Act, 1985.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is recovery of 2 kg Ganja and also the petitioner is in custody since 30.03.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completing one year is custody and on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Learned Sessions Judge, West Champaran in connection with Bhangaha P.S. Case No. 25 of 2023.

8. The petitioner will visit Sherwa police station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
