Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 47, 50 and 51 of Bihar Excise Amendment Act.

280 litres of toddy, kept in eight gallons are said to have been recovered from the tempo, which was being driven by the petitioner, at the time of alleged recovery. The petitioner is in jail custody since 09.06.2016.

Considering the aforesaid recovery as well as period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten
