2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pupri P.S. Case No. 71 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is alleged to have been involved in the theft of a motorcycle.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He is in custody since 04.05.2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54807 of 2024(3) dt.13-09-2024 2/2 let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupri at Sitamarhi in connection with Pupri P.S. Case No.71 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner will co-operate in the trial.

7. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Pupri Police Station, Sitamarhi on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) P. Kumar U T
