Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395, 412 of the Indian Penal Code.
16 Kg gold was robbed from the office of Manapuram Gold Loan Finance Ltd situated at Civil Lines Branch, Ara. Though the petitioner was not named in the First Information Report but during investigation his name surfaced on the confession of the co-accused. The impugned order suggests that co-accused Munna Sao, Anuj Kumar, Manoj Paswan and Ajay have named this petitioner as gang leader who was standing outside the branch of gold loan finance company and assisted the accused in escaping from the scene after commission of dacoity.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22234 of 2015 (2) dt.06-07-2015 2/2 Considering the nature of accusation, let learned Court below consider the prayer for bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Ara(Nawada) P.S. Case No. 592 of 2014, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara.
With the observations above, the application stands disposed off.
