Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Statement of victim has been recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C in which she stated that this petitioner only participated in her forcible marriage and she was kidnapped by co- accused Dilkush Kumar and Sudhish Kumar.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl. Sessions Judge III, Madhepura in Sessions Trial no. 11/2016 arising out of Singheshwar P.S. Case no. 71/2015.
