2. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking modification of order dated 17.05.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32174/2019 by granting further time to the petitioner to surrender and furnishing bail bond before the learned Court below in connection with Baruraj P.S. Case No. 269 of 2018 as the petitioner could not surrender within the stipulated time.

3. For the reasons stated in the modification petition, the time granted for surrender and furnishing bail bond by petitioner before the learned Court below in terms of order dated 17.05.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32174/2019 is hereby extended by four weeks from today.
