2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Police after investigation submitted charge sheet for offence under sections 306/34 of the IPC. Petitioner is dewar of the deceased and he is in custody since 28.2.2025. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

4. Learned counsel for the State and the informant oppose the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the nature of accusation and period of custody of the petitioner, his prayer for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
