JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 542 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. On suspicion that the informant's son was being an spy of police, the accused persons including the petitioner entered into the house of the informant, made indiscriminate firing, damaged the house article and took away the ornaments and cash of `3,000/-.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation is omnibus and general when none received any injury.
The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23147 of 2015 (2) dt.13-07-2015 2/2 Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner if he surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 62 of 2012 pending in the court of learned JM, 1st Class, Gaya. Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
