In this case, the petitioner is claiming her appointment on the post of Anganbari Sevika of Centre No.108, PanchayatBhith Bhagwanpur as she has wrongly been deprived for the appointment.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that against

Patna High Court CWJC No.4167 of 2017(3) dt.06-07-2018 2/2 the action of the respondents the petitioner has approached to different authorities including the District Magistrate, Madhubani, who called for the inquiry but without any result. He further submits that the authority has issued fresh advertisement for the appointment of Anganbari Sevika for the same centre.

At this stage, this Court is not passing any ad-interim order. The petitioner, if so like, may file an application before the District Programme Officer, Madhubani. If such an application is filed, the District Programme Officer, Madhubani, will decide the same in accordance with law. In alternative, the petitioner will be at liberty to participate in the fresh selection against the advertisement published by the authority. With the aforesaid observations and direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
