Present prayer of bail is being made, after rejection of earlier prayer for grant of bail vide order dated 10.10.2022, passed in Criminal Misc. No. 7164 of 2022, where learned Trial Court was directed to conclude trial within stipulated time period of nine months.

From the perusal of report of learned trial court dated 20.12.2023, it appears that all 7 charge-sheeted witnesses have been examined and cross-examined.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57510 of 2023(8) dt.05-01-2024 2/2 Considering the aforesaid report as all charge-sheeted witnesses are examined in this case, the present prayer of bail is hereby rejected on the second occasion also.
