Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove the defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Sabour P.S. Case No. 103 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 504, 506, 307, 354-B of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioners and also the fact that the petitioners have criminal history, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
