This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Kako P.S. Case No.126 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 304-B and 328/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased. It is alleged that the accused persons including the petitioner have tortured and killed the deceased, who was pregnant also.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no direct evidence against the petitioner and she is in custody since 13.04.2023.

Whereas, learned counsel for the informant has submitted that the deceased has been killed by all the accused persons by poisoning the deceased.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased, this application is allowed. 7.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completing six months in judicial custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, in connection with Kako P.S. Case No.126 of 2023.
