2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 323, 341, 504, 494, 506, 498(A) and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, registered in connection Bhagalpur Mahila P.S.Case No. 14 of 2020.

3. This is a case of matrimonial dispute.

4. For exploring the possibility of amicable settlement of the issue/dispute between the parties, the matter was referred to the Patna High Court Mediation and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54562 of 2024(3) dt.18-01-2025 2/3 Conciliation Centre. The mediation has become successful and the mediation proceeding containing terms and conditions of the rapprochement is annexed with the record which is extracted hereinbelow:- "The the petitioner and Opposite party no.2 have amicably settled their differences and both being working in different places have agreed that petitioner will take care of his son and opposite party No.2 will keep her daughter & educate her. At the time of daughter's marriage, major financial contribution will be made by the petitioner.

The petitioner will be respectful to Opposite party no.2 and take care of her dignity.

Hence, in the above terms and conditions a settlement has been made between the parties and both have signed in presence of their respective learned counsels, who have also put their signature on the agreement."

6. Considering the above facts and circumstances and successful mediation proceeding, let the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Bhagalpur, in
