BAJANTHRI ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 14-02-2022 This matter is heard via video conferencing due to circumstances prevailing on account of the COVID-19 Pandemic. Learned State counsel accepts notice for respondents. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):- "(i) To direct the respondents to accept the joining of the petitioner w.e.f.

1.9.2015 i.e. the date on which the petitioner joined in the office of Civil Surgeon-cum- Chief Medical Officer, Jamui but till date joining of by the petitioner has not been accepted by the respondents especially respondent no. 5.

Patna High Court CWJC No.3256 of 2021 dt.14-02-2022 2/2 (ii) Also to direct the respondents to make payment of salary to the petitioner from the month of October, 2004 to till date as salary of the petitioner has not been paid to her by the respondents since the month of October, 2004.

(ii) Also to direct the respondents to allot the work to the petitioner for the post of A Grade Nurse in any office/hospitals under the respondent no.

(iv) Also for any other relief/reliefs for which the any petitioner is found in the eye of law."

Due to pendency of disciplinary proceeding petitioner's service benefits have not been extended.

Therefore, the disciplinary authority is hereby directed to complete the disciplinary proceedings within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order failing which petitioner be extended monetary benefits with bank guarantee subject to result of the inquiry proceedings.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
