Petitioner seeks bail in Karja P.S.Case No.262 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner has been made accused on the basis of confessional Statement of co-accused Arbind Sahni. No incriminating article has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. Till date petitioner has not put on TIP. Petitioner is in custody since 13.11.2020.Investigation is complete.
