2. The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 61(2), 238, 103(1) of B.N.S., 2023.
3. As per F.I.R., all the accused persons named in the F.I.R. including these petitioners killed the son of informant by strangulation. It is alleged that deceased had illicit relation with petitioner no. 2, as a result of which, all the accused persons conspired and killed informant's son and dead-body of deceased was also found in the house of petitioners.
4. Considering the nature of accusation, the prayer for bail of petitioners is rejected. However, since petitioners are
