JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 472, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
Two fake stamps are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of each petitioners and for the aforesaid occurrence, they are languishing in jail custody since 20.06.2016. Moreover, the investigation against the petitioners has already been completed and para-3 of the petition goes to show that prior to the alleged occurrence, they had not been made accused in such
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33935 of 2016 (3) dt.22-10-2016 2/2 type of cases.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Miss Supriya Goshawami, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Patna in connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S.
