The petitioner seeks bail in K. Hat (Madhubani T.O.P.) P.S. Case No. 282/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 461, 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is in custody since 29.05.2018. He is not named in the written report. He has clean antecedent. No T.I.P. has been held in this case. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Name of this petitioner has come on the basis of information given by the spy as mentioned in para 76 of case diary.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55810 of 2018 (2) dt.08-10-2018 2/2 prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with K.
