Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged against the petitioner to have caused fire arm injury on the chest of the brother of the informant while in the incidence the informant, another brother and father of the informant also received injuries. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no injury report on the record and the informant has retracted from the initial version. The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22363 of 2015 (2) dt.08-07-2015 2/2 Parbatta P.S. Case No. 135 of 2014, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria.

With the observations above, the application stands disposed off.
