The present application has been filed for quashing the order dated 30.06.2016 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Lakhisarai in Sessions Case No. 45 of 2016 arising out of Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 443 of 2014, whereby petitioner's application for discharge under Section 227 of the Cr.P.C. has been rejected.

Mr. Ambika Bhagat, learned counsel for the petitioner very fairly submits that the charges have been framed and some of the witnesses have been examined.
