Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of private respondent and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-State. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the writ petition, the writ petitioner namely, Lakho Devi has died on 09.05.2021, leaving behind her legal heirs and representatives as mentioned in paragraph no. 2 of the I.A. No. 02 of 2024.

Accordingly, I.A. No. 02 of 2024 is allowed.
