The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Buniyadganj P.S. Case no. 97 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Section 135 of the Electricity Act.

The petitioner was found committing theft of electric energy of 7 Hp by using motor and thereby caused loss of Rs. 2,73,698/- The petitioner is ready to deposit the entire amount within six months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to deposit Rs. 40,000/- within four weeks in the account of South Bihar Power Distribution Company Ltd. and on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13661 of 2015 (2) dt.07-05-2015 2/2 such the petitioner shall be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge (Electricity), Magadh Area, Gaya in connection with Buniyadganj P.S. Case No. 97 of 2013, subject to the conditions that the petitioner shall deposit the remaining amount in two installments within four months, thereafter, if the petitioner fails to deposit the entire amount, the court below shall cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
