The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/ 341/ 323/ 324/ 307/447/448/188/379 of the Indian Penal Code. Submission is that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and named accused persons have been allowed anticipatory bail in this case vide order at Annexure-2. Finding substance in the submission aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57268 of 2018 (2) dt.20-09-2018 P2/ where the case is pending in connection with Yogapatti (Nawalpur) P.S. Case No.98 of 2018, with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
