JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 07-12-2022 Though the present writ petition has been filed for removal of encroachment from the public land in question, for which Encroachment case no. 36 of 2018-19 had been initiated by the Circle Officer, Paharpur Anchal, East Champaran, Motihari, however, the learned counsel for the respondent State has filed a counter affidavit in the present case, which has been taken on record, wherein it has been stated that the encroachment in question has been removed.

At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be granted liberty to agitate his subsisting grievances, in case, the encroachment re-surfaces, by

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
