JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-10-2019 Perused the report of the 1st Additional Sessions Judgecum-Special Judge, Madhubani sent vide letter dated 26.08.2019, wherein it has been submitted that charge was framed in the pending case on 31.10.2018 under Section 376 IPC and eight witnesses including the victim has already been examined, the next date for evidence of the rest of the prosecution witnesses has been fixed as 03.09.2019 and the trial is likely to conclude within three months. In view of the aforesaid report sent by the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Madhubani, I am not inclined to entertain the present petition specially since, earlier also this Court had dismissed the petition of the petitioner, filed for grant of regular bail.
