The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 399, 402 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that one loaded country-made pistol was recovered from his possession. Petitioner is stated to be in custody since 10.4.2016 and having clean antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, Kamlesh Kumar @ Kamlesh Paswan, is directed to be released on bail after completion of six months in custody on his

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26570 of 2016 (2) dt.12-07-2016 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif, in connection with Rajgir P.S. Case No.70 of 2016.

If the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found involved in similar nature of cases then the concerned court would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
