Prayer for compassionate appointment has been rejected on the ground that the application is time barred. Death of father of the petitioner happened in the year 1988. Application was filed in the year 2013. There cannot be a better case for rejection of such prayer for compassionate appointment because too much compassion is bad for the system.
Writ is dismissed.
