The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Section 304 of the Indian Penal Code. As per allegation petitioner practices as Quack and had given injection to the daughter of the informant due to which she has died.

It is contended that the petitioner did not have any wrong intention and he has suffered much atonement being in custody since 27.4.2016.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, Dinesh Sharma, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26577 of 2016 (2) dt.12-07-2016 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate II, Khagaria, in connection with Pasraha P.S. Case No. 27 of 2016.

If the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found involved in similar nature of cases then the concerned court would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
