Allegation has been made by the petitioner that Asha Kumari, respondent No.8, who has been selected on the basis of forged certificate, which has been affirmed by the Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board, Patna.

The District Programme Officer is the competent authority to hear the matter regarding the dispute related to appointment of Anganwadi Sevika. In such view of the mater, the petitioner has liberty to approach the District

Patna High Court CWJC No.11575 of 2017 (3) dt.20-07-2018 2/2 Programme, Officer, who will consider and take decision in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
