The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered under Sections 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of getting the land transferred in the name of the petitioner but not giving the full consideration amount.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the sale deed stipulates that the full consideration amount was received by the informant.
Considering the nature of accusation, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13588 of 2015 (2) dt.07-05-2015 2/2 of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case no. 415 of 2014 arising out of Complaint Case No. 1587C of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
