The petitioner has filed this writ petition for issuance of direction to the respondents to return the donated land with regard to plot no.1590, Khata No.184, Area 3 decimals, situated in village Dagarua, P.S. and Anchal Dagarua, Thana No.333, District-Purnea in the name of Governor State of Bihar for construction of Anganbari centre but the same has not been constructed.

The petitioner himself donated the land for construction of Anganbari Centre but it appears that the petitioner has not approached the authorities concern for construction of Anganbari

Patna High Court CWJC No.8852 of 2017 (3) dt.20-07-2018 2/2 Centre.

In this view of the fact, I dispose of this writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file representation before the Collector, Purnea and if such representation is filed, the Collector, Purnea shall dispose of the same within four months from the date of such representation.
