2. Petitioner has moved this Court seeking modification of the order dated 16.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 71961 of 2022. By the said order, the petitioner in Cr. Misc. No. 71961 of 2022 has been granted privilege of pre-arrest bail in connection with Jogapatti P.S. Case No. 419 of 2022. At the relevant time, the petitioner had disclosed only one criminal antecedent but in course of investigation it has been found that the petitioner had two criminal antecedents.

3. Since this Court is a Court of record under Article 215 of the Constitution of India an order which has been passed on the basis of the records placed before this Court cannot be

4. Prayer is refused.

5. The petitioner may file a fresh application seeking anticipatory bail giving the complete criminal antecedents.
