2. In terms of the previous order, learned counsel for the J. P. University submitted that though he has not filed a formal affidavit but as per his instructions, the remaining amount of gratuity from the maximum limit of ten lakhs i.e., Rs. 5,71,800/-, after adjusting the examination advance which was taken by the late husband of the petitioner of Rs. 4,28,200/-, has been paid along with the earned leave reimbursement amount of Rs. 11,81,920/- through
Patna High Court CWJC No.3876 of 2017 dt.23-07-2018 2/3 the pension account of the petitioner on 02.06.2018.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that in view of the categorical stand taken, the writ petition be disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to represent before the Registrar of the J. P. University, if she finds that any admitted dues still remain to be paid.
4. Having regard to the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty aforesaid.
5. If such a representation is filed by the petitioner before the Registrar of J.P. University within four weeks from today, the Registrar shall look into the same and pass a reasoned order within four weeks from the date of filing of such representation.
6. If it is found that any further amount is due to be paid to the petitioner, the same shall also be paid to her within four weeks from passing of the order.
7. Further, if payment under any head along with the statutory interest has not been made, the petitioner shall be entitled to include it in the representation. The Court would only indicate that the admissible amount, if already not paid, under the head of D.D.A. and Group Insurance, along with statutory interest as is required to be paid to the petitioner, shall be paid within the said period, if so represented by the petitioner and upon proper
